At Tukee, we take great pride in providing high-quality resin art supplies, customized gifts, and home décor items. Please review our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns, No Exchange & No Cancellations

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. To ensure you receive the right product, we provide detailed descriptions and images for every item. Please read the product details carefully before making a purchase.

However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged item, a manufacturing defect, or a missing item, you can report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Reporting a Defective or Damaged Product

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defects, you must:
✅ Record an unboxing video showing the issue as proof.
✅ Email us at Sales@tukarts.com with your order number and the unboxing video within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Our team will review the complaint and respond within 2-5 working days with the next steps.

Wrong Delivery Status

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the product, you must notify us within 24 hours by emailing us at Sales@tukarts.com with the subject “Wrong Delivery Status” and your order ID.
Failing to do so within the given timeframe will make you ineligible for a refund or support.

Return to Origin (RTO) – Customer Mistake

If an order is returned due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address, wrong contact details, unavailability to accept delivery, failure to answer calls from the courier), the customer must bear the return and reshipment charges. Order cancellations in such cases will not be entertained.

Refund Processing

If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this time:

🔹 Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur.
🔹 If the issue persists, email us at [Your Support Email].

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders

Refunds or cancellations are not available for customized products, as they are specially crafted for you.
